Paws Academy & Supplies, which is operated by PREPPY PAWS LLC ("Preppy Paws," "we," "us"). By using
the site or signing up for our text messages, you agree to them.

Our website

Product information, prices and availability shown on the site can change and may differ from what is on
the shelf. A special-order request is a request, not an order: we will contact you to confirm availability,
price and pick-up. Purchases made through our online shop are processed by our e-commerce provider,
whose own terms also apply.

Classes and events

Registration details, cancellation terms and any requirements for a class or event, such as vaccination
records, are given when you register.

Site content

The text, photos and logos on this site belong to Preppy Paws or are used with permission. Please do not
copy them for commercial use without asking us.

Using the site

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without a guarantee that it will
always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Text messaging program

Preppy Paws sends order-ready notices, store promotions and sales, and class and event reminders by text
message to customers who have agreed to receive them. You join by giving us your mobile number and
agreeing to receive our text messages. Signing up is never required to make a purchase.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• To stop, reply STOP to any message (UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You will receive one message confirming that you have been removed, and no further messages after that.

• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
