Preppy Paws Academy & Supplies is operated by PREPPY PAWS LLC ("Preppy Paws," "we," "us"). This policy
explains what information we collect when you shop with us, take a class, visit our website at
www.dogfoodutah.com, or sign up for our text messages, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact information you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and mailing
address, at the counter, when you register for a class or event, when you send a special-order
request, or when you buy a gift card.
• Information about your pet, such as name, breed and age, and for classes, vaccination records.
• Your purchase history and Paw Club membership, recorded in our point-of-sale system.
• Payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not keep full
card numbers in our own records.
• Website information. Our website is hosted by Wix, which collects standard technical information
such as browser type and pages visited and uses cookies. If you create an account on our site, we
keep the details you provide.
• Text messaging information. If you sign up for our text messages: your mobile number, when and
how you agreed, the wording you agreed to, and any opt-out.

How we use it

To fill orders and special-order requests; to run classes, events and Paw Club rewards; to answer your
questions; to send the messages you have agreed to receive; to understand what sells so we keep the right
products in stock; and to meet our legal obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the
store, such as our point-of-sale and online store provider, our payment processor, our website host, and
the business software and messaging providers we use, and only so they can do that work for us. We may
also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our customers, staff or pets.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from the sharing described above. No mobile
information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It is used
only by us, and by the provider that sends our messages on our behalf, to deliver our own messages.

Photos

Photos of pets taken at our classes and events may appear on our website or social media. If you would
rather your pet not be included, just tell us.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them. To see, correct or delete the information we hold
about you, contact us using the details below. Some records, such as sales records, have to be kept for tax
and accounting purposes.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information
online from children under 13.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated"date.

Text Messaging. PREPPY PAWS LLC operates a text messaging program. By providing your mobile number
and consenting, you agree to receive recurring marketing and transactional text messages from us at the
number provided, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a
condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to
any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Mobile numbers and consent information collected through
this program are used solely to deliver our own messages and are never sold, rented, or shared with third
parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
